Arranging a Survey

We understand that many property matters can feel stressful and time consuming. Whether you are a residential or commercial client, arranging a property valuation or survey with Castles Surveyors is very straightforward. Our team works hard to make the entire process as simple, stress-free and efficient as possible.

As soon as we receive instructions from a client we reply in writing, setting out the details of the job. This letter includes our standard General Conditions of Engagement and the agreed fee. We send two copies and ask for one to be signed and sent back as confirmation of instructions.

Our expert team then proceed to make arrangements for the property inspection. This is normally within 2 to 3 working days depending on availability and access. We pride ourselves on our swift response to queries and the efficient handling of all our clients’ needs.

When the work has been completed, payment of the entire fee is required before the report is sent out. For your convenience, fees can be paid by cheque or bank transfer/BACS. We also accept all major debit and credit cards.
